Empathy and Compassion for Your Journey
As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, I specialize in working with adolescents and adults navigating anxiety, depression, ADHD, and trauma. My approach is grounded in empathy, compassion, and a deep respect for each person’s unique journey. I integrate a range of therapeutic modalities—including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Trauma and Attachment-Focused Therapy, and Brainspotting—tailoring each session to meet your individual needs. You’ll have space to share your story while also beginning to learn and practice tools to find relief and build resilience. What sets my practice apart is my systems-oriented perspective. I view symptoms not in isolation, but as part of a larger context—your family of origin, your relationships, and the broader experiences shaping your life. This holistic lens allows for deeper understanding and more lasting change. I’m passionate about helping people live more fully, with greater clarity, connection, and joy. Whether you’re feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or simply ready for something different, I’m here to support you!
Meet the Team
Please be aware the I use trained facility dogs to assist in therapy. This is called Animal Assisted Therapy (AAT). The dogs are not trained to do specific tasks, but rather aid in helping clients feel more comfortable in their therapy sessions. The dogs can be crated if necessary, but the dogs are present every day in session. If you have allergies or aversions to dogs, I may not be the right fit for you and am happy to make a referral!

Chief Happiness Officer
Avery
Avery came to me back in January of 2020 at 4.5 months old to begin training to take over for her predecessor, Leila, so she could retire in her older age. Avery was trained professionally at Love in the Lead for obedience in 2021. Although she is not trained to do specific tasks, the purpose of her training was to ensure solid obedience so she could assist in sessions. She is present in every session to provide comfort to clients.

Happiness Operations Intern
Theo
Theo came to me as an 8 week old puppy back in May of 2024. He had a naturally calm personality, so we began training right away in session before he completed his obedience training at Love in the Lead in 2025. He takes a lot of cues from Avery and has learned a lot from her! He is also present in every session to provide comfort to clients.

With Thrizer, you will only pay your portion of the session as a copay, and they will front the rest and handle the claim and reimbursement so you don't have to! See below for more information:
